A always the care given to me was 100% all the staff treat you with kindness and look after you.
Nothing in my estimation needs improving in any way.
I never mind coming to Ashford infusion for my treatment and know I will be well looked after.

The staff are friendly, helpful and reassuring despite being under pressure with the current situation. They are always happy and positive.
They need more support from certain doctors and other departments, so as patients, we do not have to sit around waiting for hours for out treatments but throughout this they remain friendly and supportive.
